Information we collect

• Quiz answers: the amount you want to borrow, the purpose of the loan, how you describe your credit, your gross monthly income range, your employment status, and how soon you need funds.
• Contact details: your email address (Step 1), and, only if you choose to provide them, your first name, last name, and phone number (Step 2).
• Consent records: the consent choices you make, the date and time, the page address where you made them, your IP address, and the exact disclosure text shown to you at that moment.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and device information, collected through standard server logs.

No credit pull by this quiz

This quiz does not pull your credit report or credit score. Your credit answer is a self-description that you select from a list. If you later choose to contact a lender yourself, that lender follows its own policies, which are described by the lender.

How we use your information

• To show you the matched loan paths that fit your answers.
• To email you your matched options when you ask us to in Step 1.
• To keep records of the leads and consents we receive, so we can respond to requests and meet our legal obligations.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Sharing with lending partners only with your consent

We share your quiz answers and contact details with lending partners only if you check the optional box in Step 2 that reads "Match me with lending partners who can contact me about these options." If you leave that box unchecked, or you skip Step 2, we do not share your information with lending partners for their marketing or contact purposes.

We may also share information with service providers that help us run the Site, such as email delivery and hosting providers. They may use it only to perform services for us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Consent records and retention

We keep a record of each consent, including the timestamp, page address, IP address, and the disclosure text shown, for as long as needed to document your choices and to meet legal and compliance obligations. We keep lead information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymize it.

Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to measure visits. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
